The AI operating system for venture firms.

Firm-specific agents that learn how your firm thinks, decides, and operates.

Get in touch

Off-the-shelf AI tools don't know your firm. They don't know that this LP cares about portfolio construction, that you passed on three deep-tech deals this quarter and why, or that your IC asks for memos in a specific shape. Generic AI gives generic answers. Your firm is not generic.

CapSynth builds an agent layer that runs on your firm's actual context: your memos, your decisions, your portfolio, your operating cadence. The agents remember what you've concluded and why. They handle the work that doesn't need human judgment, and surface the parts that do.

It shows up in three places first.

Prep.

Meeting briefs, founder dossiers, and IC memos that read like you wrote them, because they're built on your firm's voice and your firm's prior decisions.

Memory.

Your firm's institutional knowledge, current and queryable. Why you passed, why you led, who introduced whom, what the partner thought six months ago. It compounds. It doesn't drift.

Follow-through.

Tasks, commitments, and the system of record that stays accurate without anyone doing CRM hygiene at midnight on a Sunday.

Why now

The substrate finally works. LLMs are reliable enough for the write path, not just chat. Meeting transcription is ubiquitous. Agent runtimes are out of research and into production.

The constraint on a firm-specific AI layer used to be technology. Now it's the firm-specific design work, and that's the work.

Built with a leading venture firm

CapSynth is being designed and proven alongside an early-stage venture firm, running on their actual deals, memos, and partnership cadence before it ships to anyone else.
